Non-Wooden Template Material & Structural Requirements

The export packaging of laser cladding equipment strictly complies with international quarantine and transportation standards. It fully adopts non-wooden packaging templates (preferring materials that meet the ISPM 15 International Phytosanitary Standards for Wood Packaging Materials, such as high-density plywood and composite fiberboard) to eliminate the cross-border quarantine risks that may be caused by solid wood materials. The selection of templates must meet the equipment's load-bearing requirements (each template has a static load strength of no less than 1500N/m²), and the joints are reinforced with galvanized steel straps to prevent structural loosening during transportation.

Packing Cushioning, Protection & Labeling Requirements

During packing, an EPE foam cushioning layer (with a thickness of no less than 50mm) is laid between the equipment and the template. Key components (such as the laser head and control cabinet) are additionally covered with waterproof PE bags. The outer wall of the box is clearly affixed with labels in accordance with export requirements (including equipment model, gross weight, center of gravity, and warning signs such as "Handle with Care" and "Keep Dry"), ensuring full compliance with the destination country's import packaging inspection standards.

In-plant Packing Process

The entire packing process of the equipment is carried out in a closed indoor workshop to avoid the impact of rain, snow, and dust during open-air operations. Closed trucks equipped with hydraulic lifting platforms are selected to ensure smooth loading and unloading of the equipment. If non-enclosed truck bodies (such as stake trucks) must be used due to transportation radius constraints, the equipment must be covered with a double-layer rainproof tarpaulin (the outer layer is PVC-coated rainproof cloth, and the inner layer is breathable moisture-proof film) after being loaded onto the truck. The edges of the tarpaulin are tightly fixed with nylon ropes, and the four corners hang down to the bottom of the truck body to prevent rainwater penetration.

Container Fixation Process

After the equipment is loaded into the container, the "three-point fixation" plan is implemented immediately—fixing the template to the container floor via expansion bolts at the bottom; using galvanized steel wires (with a diameter of no less than 8mm) to diagonally pull and fix to the hooks on the side walls of the container at the two sides; and using adjustable pressure rods to prop against the top plate of the container at the top (the contact end of the pressure rod with the equipment is wrapped with a rubber pad to avoid scratching the equipment surface). After fixation, a sway test is required (applying horizontal thrust manually, with the equipment displacement not exceeding 5mm) to ensure no displacement risk during bumpy sea or land transportation.
