Laser automatic soldering automation equipment as an efficient and precise welding method, which parts are composed of? What does it do? The laser welding system is mainly composed of the laser source, laser working head, cooling system, laser room, robot, PLC, wire feeding system, laser welding quality detection unit and laser power detection.

The laser source. The laser source is the laser generator, which is the heat source supply of the laser welding system. Since the advent of the first ruby laser in 1960, there are now a variety of laser generators on the market, and the beam quality has been continuously improved, laying the foundation for the development of laser processing technology.
Laser working head. Laser working head refers to laser processing tools. Different laser processing processes correspond to different laser processing tools.
Cooling system. Since the occurrence of laser can not avoid emitting a lot of heat, in order to ensure the normal operation of the laser source, it is necessary to use a cooling system to ensure the constant temperature of the laser source.
PLC. It is the overall commander of the workstation, controlling the fixture, various signals, work sequence, etc.
Wire feeding system. Laser fuse welding requires a wire feeding system, which is generally composed of a control unit, a wire barrel, a main wire feeding tube and a servo drive unit.

Laser post-welding inspection system. It can efficiently detect the quality of laser solder after welding, which is divided into online detection and offline detection. The online detection system refers to the detection carried out in the laser welding process, generally detecting the welding strength or recording the welding video and parameter changes during the welding process. Off-line testing is generally used to test the appearance and welding quality of welds.
Laser power detection system (PMM). Used to measure laser power. The laser head is equipped with a compressed air nozzle to reduce the attachment of spatter and welding dust on the protective lens during laser welding, but long-term work cannot avoid the pollution of the protective lens. The pollution of the protective lens will reduce the laser light output power, affect the welding quality, and even burn the protective lens.It needs to measure the power once when processing a certain number of workpieces, and remind the staff to check and replace the protective lens in time.
