500W Laser Obstacle Remover
The Laser Obstacle Remover is a remote non-contact laser clearing device, specially developed for power transmission and distribution lines. It adopts high-energy laser to ablate, carbonize and cut suspended foreign obstacles on overhead lines, without power outage, climbing operation or close contact with live equipment.
The system consists of a laser emitter head, main control box and mobile battery box. Operators control the equipment through the human-machine interface; after laser activation, the real-time working status is displayed on the screen. It features lightweight, flexible deployment, long operating distance and high safety, suitable for field outdoor operations.

Precautions
1.When removing suspended foreign objects such as kite strings and plastic films on power lines with laser, adjust the power according to actual conditions. Generally, setting the power at about 50% is sufficient to clear the foreign objects.
2.The equipment shall only be operated by specially assigned and trained personnel. Strict attention shall be paid to personal safety and surrounding safety during operation.
3.Connect and disconnect the power cable and pan-tilt control cable in strict accordance with operating procedures. Do not pull or yank the cables forcibly.
4.The laser cable of the emitter head must not be bent or folded at 90°.
5.Keep the laser emission window and video sighting window dust-proof. Do not touch the windows directly with hands.
6.The laser main control box must be placed horizontally both during and after use.
