Indonesian JOMAR LASER MACHINERY Visits Guosheng Laser To Explore Laser Technology Collaboration

On April 17, Johan Lo, Director of Indonesian JOMAR LASER MACHINERY, and his delegation visited Guosheng Laser. The two parties engaged in in-depth discussions on the application of laser cladding technology and market cooperation, reaching a strategic collaboration intent.

Accompanied by Technical Director Lü Wenhui, Johan Lo toured Guosheng Laser's production workshop and technical exhibition hall. On-site displays of laser-clad samples, including steel mill pinch rolls, high-speed railway rails, and train wheel gears, demonstrated the technology's practical achievements in industrial repair. By comparing workpieces before and after turning and grinding, Johan Lo focused on the breakthrough of extending pinch roll service life from 2-3 days to 30-40 days through laser cladding. Lü Wenhui emphasized, "This process not only restores functionality to scrapped components but also extends their lifespan by 3-5 times, delivering true cost reduction and efficiency improvement."

During discussions, both parties exchanged views on Southeast Asian market strategies. Johan Lo stated, "JOMAR prioritizes customer needs over mere equipment sales, which aligns perfectly with Guosheng Laser's philosophy." Duan Chun, General Manager of Guosheng Laser, proposed leveraging Indonesia's regional market advantages to deepen technical collaboration and jointly explore new laser application scenarios.

During the visit, Johan Lo's team observed live laser cladding repair operations and engaged in detailed technical discussions with Guosheng's experts on equipment stability in high-temperature, high-humidity environments and powder material compatibility. Lü Wenhui demonstrated the self-adaptive control system of Guosheng's proprietary equipment, earning high praise from Johan Lo. At the farewell, General Manager Duan Chun presented a traditional Chinese calligraphy artwork depicting a galloping horse symbolizing "immediate success," with both parties pledging to maintain communication to finalize cooperation plans.

This visit laid the foundation for Guosheng Laser's technical integration with Southeast Asian markets, and further progress in collaboration is anticipated.
