Do regular inspection work. For example, check whether the cooling fan rotates smoothly when the welding machine is powered on; Whether there are abnormal vibrations, sounds and smells; Whether the gas is leaking; Whether the joints and insulation bandages of the welding wire are loose or peeled; Whether the welding cables and wiring parts are abnormally hot.
2. Due to the forced air cooling of the welder, it is easy to inhale dust from around and accumulate in the machine. Therefore, we can regularly use clean and dry compressed air to remove dust inside the welder. In particular, the transformer, the gap between the reactance coil and the coil coil and the power semiconductor should be especially clean.
3. Check the wiring position of the power distribution regularly. Check whether the screws on terminals such as the incoming force side and the output side, as well as the wiring parts of the external wiring and the wiring parts of the internal wiring are loose. If they rust, remove the rust to ensure good contact conductance.
4. The long-term use of the welding machine will inevitably lead to deformation, rust and damage to the shell due to contact, and the internal parts will also be worn away. Therefore, in the annual maintenance and inspection, bad parts should be replaced, housing repair and insulation deterioration parts reinforced.
