In addition, the coating of super wear-resistant alloy on the surface of key components can greatly improve the service life without deformation of the surface of the parts. The laser cladding treatment of the mold surface can not only improve the strength of the mold, but also reduce the manufacturing cost by 2/3 and shorten the manufacturing cycle by 4/5.

For the repair of crankshaft, if plasma spraying is used, the bonding strength between coating and substrate is not enough. After the installation, the safe running of the device may be affected. However, it is difficult to ensure the wear resistance of the repaired layer and no cracks in the matrix by surfacing welding.
